This is a surgical debridement of a large diabetic heel and achilles tendon ulcer. There is osteomyelitis in the calcaneus (bone infection) which required resection of the bone. Antibiotic beads and a Graft Jacket were applied. The Graft Jacket is a Wright Medical product. This is an extensive debridement of the area.
