Good sitting posture is essential to reduce low back pain. Sitting properly will reduce your general back & neck pain. There a few things you can pay attention to that will enhance your sitting experience. Good, comfortable seated posture is espcially important if your are prone to lower and upper back pain, sciatica, shoulder and neck pain or headaches. This is how you do it.
Tight, calf muscles, calves, cause lots of low back pain. Drastically reduce or eliminate your back pain by stretching your calves, frequently. Thes are my favourite calf stretches, the Calf Step Stretch. Do lots of them & be AMAZED by how good your back feels.
The majority of my patients present with the same underlying strain pattern. That is what I treat with great results. The stretches I prescribe for them are the home version of what I do. Brilliant!
